Sapphire Suite ushers in a new wave, a versatile four-in-one venue: from a morning coffee, lunch, dinner and to dancing. It's different.
Sapphire Suite will redefine the structure of the Sydney social set. Open as a café/wine and dine function/party requests between 12pm and 10pm and overlapping as a club from 6pm to 6am, this is a genuinely innovative venue for a constantly changing city. From a morning coffee to a late night cocktail, Sapphire Suite offers something for everyone. The venue is licensed for 300+ in a comfortable, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but with the hallmark modern design that is the distinctive stamp of a significant Sydney bar.
What more would you expect when the interior is being designed by an architect who's designed boutiques for fashion houses such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Kirk Lenard, a former New Yorker, is bringing his distinctive take on a multiple functional venue to Sydney, having designed interiors in locales such as his native Manhattan and in style capitals such as Los Angeles and Paris. Kirk is crafting a chic interior with his own unique creative flair.
Sapphire Suite's Charlie Saleh (owner) and the manager Hassan Saleh: with ties in the sporting, fashion, music and hospitality industries. Together they've crafted a modern urban menu and a refined wine and cocktail list. They've imagined a scene in a different vein, a highly polished desirable venue with a distinctive allure. After all, that's what the substance of a sapphire is about. |
